I think we should accept the offer, but there should be a clause, how long are going to allow the adverts? 1 year, 2years, 3years etc. this will allow us to also be able to place our own adverts at a later time, or at least have exclusive rights to the site sort of.

Nice Offer,Since it's coming from one of us. I suggest that we allow his Ads for a period of one year after which we should get ours exclusively.
